SillyVills Terms of Service

-Payment is up front.-I (the artist) reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am made uncomfortable by it.-The commissioner may use their commission for commercial purposes, but they must inform the artist beforehand.-The artist retains copyright to the artwork. If the commissioner allows, the artist may use the artwork for self-promotion.-The commission may not be used for the training of AI.-There is no deadline for the commission unless specified. The average time of completion is 1-4 weeks depending on complexity.-No refunds without proper cause (e.g. the artist failing to produce a commission). With proper cause, the artist will deliver a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances of said cause.The commissioner automatically agrees to the Terms of Service.
